Some shoots feel different, and this was one of them. We began by the stone walls that line Winchester’s old streets and cathedral. Their rough texture gave us contrast and grit, and Andreea leaned into the moment — half in shadow, half in light — as if balancing the edge between strength and softness.

The Flowers

Reflections

The main thread of this shoot — and why it matters to me — is friendship. There is something different about photographing someone you know well. The trust is already there.
