Hi there, I’m Daniel.
A photographer and creative storyteller drawn to people, atmosphere and the moments that cannot be manufactured.
For me, photography is about far more than making something look polished. It is about slowing down, paying attention and creating enough trust for somebody to stop performing for the camera and simply become themselves.
I’m interested in character: the glance between the obvious moments, the energy of a place, and the details that make a person or story feel unmistakably individual. Whether I’m photographing a portrait, a wedding or a business commission, I want the finished images to carry that feeling with them.
Studio DJC Creative is where photography, curiosity and storytelling meet. I bring ideas and direction when they are useful, but I always leave room for spontaneity—because the photographs that stay with us are often the ones we could never have planned exactly.
Based in Southampton and working across Hampshire and beyond, I create honest portraits, emotional wedding stories and purposeful imagery for people and brands.
